NEW MUSIC: College feat. Electric Youth -A Real Hero (Follow Me Remix)
It had been a long day yesterday, tramping the cold streets with a child still in the throes of excitement of a new walker bike. Two and a half hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon. The last thing I needed was an email with a smiley face. Like laughing at your own joke. This, therefore, nearly headed for the Trash.
This is a remix of College’s A Real Hero, which means precisely nothing to me. It describes the genre as triumphant celestial bliss. Which is provocative. The tune has a major vocodered vocal. A comment describes this as being similar to Daft Punk. For those with longer memories, feels more like Laurie Anderson’s Oh Superman. This has that same slow meandered approach but with better synths. A bit like Daft Punk on mogadon. This is a rather sweet little tune for your download pleasure.
