This is an odd one to be sure. Don Broco (me neither) are an alternative rock band. And you can hear that in the shouty vocal. They get a remix from Rory C who is probably better known as part of Enter Shikari, a rock band from the mean streets of St Albans. This remix should therefore be rubbish. But it isn’t. Rory C has a sideline as a dnb remixer. And rather good at it he is too. Most of his remixes have a fast paced euphoric quality. And this is very much in that vein. The vocals definitely betray the rock foundations. But the beats gallop along, the bass wobbles dirtily and the whole thing sweeps you away in a fist pumping style. Cracking stuff.
