Frost – Parade (Jori Hulkkonen Remix)
Review by D (now @danutakurk): Well, this is pleasant enough and, as a result, there’s not a lot to be said about it. A light-hearted, poppy house track that skips along, clean and crisp, with some decent female vocal on top. It’s not great but it’s not rubbish either. I wouldn’t turn it off but I wouldn’t go out of my way to turn it on. And maybe therein lies the problem. It’s unremarkable, provoking neither passion nor pain. There’s nothing in it that moves me to do an Orton and prick up my ears, to get my blood rushing or my heart racing. It’s perfectly nice but I need something more. Sorry.
