Someone Before You is a future garage lament. Love the lightweight clicky beats and the lush but restrained synths. However, the soulful vocals are a tad overwrought for the music and the whole thing nearly collapses under the weight of its own melodrama. But it just about keeps itself together to leave a tune for those wee small hours alone after too much gin.
