D IS FOR THE DRUM CLUB (PT5)

The previous posts about Charlie Hall and Lol Hammond’s Drum Club have focused on their own music. But in the early 1990s they became favoured remixers. This post focuses on a couple of those remixes.

The Drum Club were becoming a favoured remixing stable by 1993, with a variety of musicians seeking out their talents. These included Jah Wobble’s Invaders Of The Heart, Meat Beat Manifesto, Psychick Warriors Ov Gaia and would-be progressive indie outfits The Fall (ah!) Curve and Chapterhouse.
