H&M’s Tranquiliser EP was the first release on Axis records, which was to become the main outlet for Jeff Mills’ work. From 1991, this has the runout legend “A NEW FORCE HAS BEEN BORN”. I think it also plays from the inside out, rather than the conventional way. And the A and B side are given the wrong way round. Given their pedigree, I’d forgive them. The record is prime Detroit techno. Nothing too heavy.
