M IS FOR METROPOLIS

Metropolis is our old friends Brian Dougans & Garry Cobain from The Future Sound of London.

The eponymous track was originally released in 1992 and re-released on FSOL’s own digital shop a couple of years back. These tracks are from the original release and are in lower quality bitrate. If you want higher, buy them from fsoldigital.

A reviewer at discogs says manchester, Sep 09, 2005 “This is in fact a brilliant double header by The Future Sound Of London under a rare and obscure pseudonym. Very different to their usual electronica releases, this is funky, progressive house of the very highest order. Both Metropolis & Hyporeel (which utlises the piano from Nikita Warren’s ‘I Need You’) are superb tracks that completely and utterly rock.”
