NEW MUSIC: PRINS THOMAS

Norwegian producer Prins Thomas does wonderful space disco balearic music, often with partner Lindstrøm. This time a solo remix of The Phenomenal Handclap Band and a four part live set.

NYC-based dance collective The Phenomenal Handclap Band are riding high on the strength of their stellar full-length debut issued this past summer on Brooklyn’s Friendly Fire. The eight-piece outfit led by Daniel Collás and Sean Marquand have been on the road supporting their self-titled effort and just issued a swanky remix collection containing reworkings of “15 to 20″ and “You’ll Disappear.” Here’s Prins Thomas’ rather awesome rerub of “You’ll Disappear” for your downloading pleasure.
