Crazy name, crazy guys. Ok, that may not be true. It is true it is techno on Rising High Records.

From discogs: “Syzygy are London based duo Dominic Glynn and Justin McKay, who first met at the end of the 80s, when Glynn was working part-time providing BBC Television’s Doctor Who series with incidental music. Mutually inspired by Detroit techno (Derrick May, Juan Atkins, etc.), their first recordings emerged on the Infonet record label, before they adopted the names Mind Control and Zendik for two further 12-inch releases. They subsequently signed more permanently to Rising High Records as Syzygy.” They recorded on Rising High Records from 1993-95.

From the Omnitude EP (1994). The tunes are a curious mix of trance, techno and even downtempo sections. Stands up quite well today:

Syzygy – Omnitude

Syzygy – Osiris

Syzygy – Jericho
