D WRITES ON…RAIDS (HOWIE B)
In which D uses my mother’s name to mislead the police. Music from Howie B and Io.
Apr 94: I was in a club that got raided and, when asked by plod what monicker I went under, unflinchingly gave your mother’s name. I’m not entirely sure what possessed me to do that but I suppose I thought that if I gave my real name they would have thought I was taking the piss. Anyway, I’m glad they never followed it up cos it would have been a bit awkward for your mother to have to explain to your Pa as to why the Old Bill were wanting to know what your Mum was doing in an illegal nightclub at three in the morning under the influence. I promise I’ll never employ such tactics again.
And music from Howie B and Io. Howie B featured here previously. iO was a solitary collaboration between Patrick Pulsinger, Erdem Tunakan and Gerhard Potuznik. Pulsinger is a German techno artist, operating from Vienna. Pulsinger founded Cheap Records together with Erdem in 1993.
