Holmes is David Holmes and McMillan is Stuart McMillan of Slam/Soma fame. The A side – Total Toxic Overload is a piece of prime techno. But it’s the B side I always play. A quite beautiful piece of ambient from 1994. We’ve had it before but I don’t care.
