Had an email from rtb26 who said “What brought me to your site was a Google search for Espiritu. You seem to know quite a bit about them/Vanessa Q., so I figured I’d pick your brain on something: Have you ever heard Fila Brazillia’s remix of Espiritu’s “Deep End”? I’ve been searching for it for 15 years now, and there’s no mention of it whatsoever online. It’s as if it never existed. Does this sound familiar to you? Thanks in advance for helping me brainstorm (if you can)…
It wasn’t familiar to me and I drew a blank at discogs (though they do have a remix by FB of Deep End but that’s by Sirenes). But a generous donor has provided the track in question (with a glitch at the start) which seems to have come from a promo in what must be 96-98. Does anyone know anything further about this release?
