We had Jordan F’s remix of End of the Line a couple of weeks ago, about which I was lukewarm. He’s gone away and come back with a revamp. But it now has to exceed the bar set by Adam Freeland (here). And that is a pretty high bar. So, how’s he done? The remix remains restrained (110bpm). The synths are still prominent. The remix is very much taking Daft Punk’s French House back into its Moroder roots. A bit more Blade Runner than Tron. More menacing than most. This is a brave effort and far superior to his first attempt. Doesn’t quite reach Adam’s standard. Nevertheless, still worth your time.
