REMIXING CLASSICS: Apollo440 – Liquid Cool (Kriece’s Sub Zero Re-edit)

I just love the original of this 1994 track, which came in a variety of remixes including by Future Sound of London. But I especially liked the mixes that took it away from the dancefloor and more strongly into an ambient direction. As a counterpoint, here is a much more recent remix by Aussie producer Kriece, who takes it further into the dancefloor by giving it a hefty shove in a prog house direction. Even adds what sounds a bit like the wood blocks from Yothu Yindi’s Treaty. Nice reinterpretation.
