Caspar Pound was, as you know, founder of Rising High Records. He was also an artist in his own right, working both collaboratively and solo. Here is a solo release from 1994, on sister label Ascension Records. This sounds much as you’d imagine something from this period sounding. House music, with a touch of acid.
