Earth Leakage Trip were Tony Lobue and Neil Sanford (bio here). Starting on Moving Shadow in 1991, this track is from their time (1992-93) on Rising High Records. It is taken from the Techno Classics Vol 1 compilation. The track is an uneasy mix between IDM/trance and hardcore rave. Inexplicably popular.
