Adre’n’Alin – Mold (Rosinski and Fabian Remix)

After parading the bleeding stumps, something gentle and hazy from Adre’n’Alin on Polish label Pink Kong Records. Free download.

The original is a dismissable bit of electronic pop. But the Rosinski & Fabian remix is well worth your time. The original pop dynamics are given a hefty dose of mogadon and, like David Cameron, told to chillax. Everything floats just out of reach and with a beautifully indisinct vagueness. But there’s enough crunch left in the beats to stop your attention fully drifting.

Blurb: Transformation. This word, a moment, a process has always been a part of humanity. Spontaneous actions of short elation and thousands of beautiful emotions. Even electric energy can be inspiring – but the one between people, the electricity around us. Mold is about that moment when everything started, but with no force majeure involved. It’s the force of the Earth and the elements – present before humanity appeared, present before the forbidden fruit.
