The XX – Angels (Gin and Gin Remix)
I’m really the wrong person for this track. I’m not a big fan of The XX but masses are. I was a bit lukewarm about the excellent Theatre of Delays’ the other day. But 19,000 people disagreed with me. Which means that my support for this remix is likely to be the kiss of death. Gin & Gin are Swedes Mattias Grane & Simon Petersson. Sorry guys but I love this remix. Takes away some of the vocal and adds enough chilled beats back into the mix to give the tune a bit of proper structure. Free download.
