Rone – Let´s Go (Principles of Geometry remix)

roneletsgo

Never heard of French producer Rone, nor remixer Principles of Geometry. And I’m not a fan of rapping on records. But this free download works really well. There’s some 80s Blue Monday electro sounds allied with a more modern bass thrumm. Gives an adrenalin rush of a song through the vocals, rather than the beats. Really good. The track’s taken from a new Rone remix EP, out now.

Another remix:

Blurb: Late last year, the French producer Rone released his second album TOHU Baloch, described as a collection of “wonderful endorphin filled gems. The rap song was one of the highlights of the album “Let’s go” with the New York avant-garde MC high priest, which this week published a remix EP with edits by Clark, Rocketnumbernine, and others.
