Synth stabs, piano stabs, wave your hands in the air

This is one of those tracks that might just have come from the halcyon days of the early 90s. It’s a techno house tune with the requisite synth and piano stabs, a frenetic but not battering percussion, a suitably positive but vague female sample (“I believe in you”) and it’s made by a German. 90s revival? Yes, please.

The B side’s no slouch either. Parklife is, sadly, not a techno cover of the Blur tune. This is more stabs, a bit of sax but a harder approach. Uncomplicated? Yes but undeniably dancey.

And for a freebie download, Somewhen, which is a more clearly techno track, in a pounding Berlin kind of way.
