Sounds From The Ground are Elliot Morgan and Nick Woolfson. I’ve not heard of them before but they seem to have been around since the 90s. They do that ambient dub thing that was big in the early 90s. To celebrate 20 years they’ve a new album – Alchemy – released on vinyl.
Have a listen to a mini mix of three tracks from the album – Tumbla, Cradle, and Doves. This is all very relaxed, occasionally gently beautiful but hardly radical. Nevertheless, if you want something relaxing, this is very good of its type.
