Madou – Changing

I’m not a big fan of vocals generally and manipulated vocals even less so. But Madou’s Change got through. It has a bit of early Burial in its ambient biscuit tin clatter and some of Maribou State’s lushness and inventiveness on the vocal. Notwithstanding those influences, its use of buzzing bass is its own thing and sets it firmly apart from all those Flume-alikes out there.
