Nathan Fake – ‘DEGREELESSNESS (feat. Prurient)’ (Overmono Remix)
To be honest, I’m a bit surprised to be posting this. Nathan Fake’s work has rather passed me by in a shrug of the shoulders. So, I almost didn’t bother with this Overmono remix of Degreelessness (sic). But it’s amazing. A properly inventive track that manages to be experimental and hang onto a tune. It wibbles, bibbles and ripples its way through a glorious seven minutes. Guitar strings are tuned and detuned. Beats ricochet everywhere. Phasers set to stun. Thanks Ninja Tune.
