I’ve really enjoyed Ziino’s downtempo and ambient stuff. He says of himself, “I make strange noises” but his new one was still a bit of a surprise. This is a marriage of chilled sounds with UK bass rhythms and, well, bass. But it’s no forced marriage. The two streams work really well together to deliver a perky downtempo number full of interesting turns and moments. This is mixed with a wobbly, almost dubstep, bass line that gives the track a rich, dark centre. A proper chocolate truffle of a tune.
