Kill Emil is from Athens, Greece. And the track, Dusty Boxes, is from his new album Interdimensional Travel. Available digitally and on 10″ vinyl. The track is heavily focused on the slow thud of the beats. Everything else in the track serves the bass beat. Some ethereal vocals give it a bit of trip hop blues. Synths plink and plonk away in a slightly sorry manner. It’s all a bit melancholic and a bit fabulous. The album is sixteen tracks, none of them longer than two minutes. It’s a lovely downtempo journey across time and space.
