The Lebanese artist has remixed his own track Kayen giving it a modular synth edit. This comes on a bit like some classic synth work from the 70s. Think Cerrone. But he gives it a harder almost techno underpinning. The result is a track that bubbles with verve and invention. Synth lines ripple away and bass synths growl eternally. It’s a track that manages the knife edge trick of being both brash and delicate.
