A new Radiohead remix by The Feckless Wonders with Calero, under the Grizzly Bronson name.
Have to admit that I don’t own a single Radiohead release, apart from a single with a Zero 7 remix. I’ve never really liked their work. There’s a whine to Thom’s voice I struggle with and a smug quality which I find offputting. That said, I do have a number of unofficial remixes – mainly the more downtempo/ambient ones. This remix is not one of those. The Grizzly Bronson remix starts like an indie mix with it’s low slung bass, before it does all electronic distorted buzzing. Even a bit of stylophone. Awkward remix for awkward band.
