NEW MUSIC: The Articles – Mobile Cameras (C. Boulter Rework)
A bit of a deep house remix for you to listen. Out in a few weeks on the UK’s Club Soda Records. I knew nothing about the original track or band but the blurb has them as a London band from a few years back. Whatever, C Boulter chops the vocals down to a looped sample and takes the whole thing down a gentle, slightly trippy, deep house path for 7 minutes of aural pleasure.

The Articles were a London band that enjoyed brief success in the mid-noughties. Mobile Cameras was discovered gathering digital dust in the vaults of the Sound Bunker, the west London recording studio of producer DanDNA, where it was dusted off and brought back to life in 2011. The original recording can be heard here.
