REMIXING CLASSICS: Leftfield – Release The Pressure (Netsky remix)

The Leftfield prog house classic gets a remix by new dnb hero Netsky.

This might be seen as a bit of an abomination by some.  But I quite like remixes that try something quite different with the original. Netsky turns the actually quite mellow original into a more aggressive dnb mix. And that’s just fine. The problem is that the vocal is a bit too slow for that approach, left too intact and too far forward in the mix. A brave miss.
