REPOST: Richard Richard – Toro
We had this track and its mixes a while back. But this time a free download of the rather good original mix.
It’s a long time since we had any of Richard Richard’s work (still a silly name mind). But Toro is a really nice piece of classic house, with a little detroit flavouring. Definitely worth your time. The inevitable blizzard of remixes don’t really improve on the original’s template. The best of them are Wool’s Cool The Jets remix which makes it a little more Chicago and digital, and Marcos Cabral’s Subtraction remix which makes it a bit more dub techno flavoured.
