Starts with an oddly symphonic blast before the accappella “We’re Going Nowhere Fast“, which feels about right for me. Because it’s Frankie Knuckles remixing, he makes the most of the disco inherent in the song, with lots of piano. Still has some of that earlier ACR funk but always felt a bit too slow for a decent dancefloor. Released in 1989, this still has a bit too much 80s feel and not enough leaping forward to House music.
