Imre Elzer – ANTHEM

A deep house track that’s nothing of the sort. And a track called Anthem, which is nothing of the sort. Ambient light and dark are the sort.

Imre Elzer is from Nijmegen, Netherlands. But this rather sounds like Scandie downtempo. Tagged as deep house, Anthem is too frail and beautiful to bear that weight. It’s an ambient tune that rests on a lovely synth line that eventually gives way to something darker but without ever becoming eclipsed.
