Pablo Zuazo – São Paulo Downtown #triphop #chillstep #wahwah

Pablo Zuazo returns. Last time we had something built on chilled bossa nova. Here we have the sounds of São Paulo Downtown. I’ve never been to Brazil. Don’t ever expect to. But this is a great evocation of an urban landscape, albeit I’ve no idea how true to life it may or may not be. There’s a slightly sixties air to it all with the flute and some wah wah guitar. The track is built around a tightly coiled guitar and a looser set of beat structures. It’s another superb soundscape from Pablo.
