Thursday. Hardest day of the week for me. It’s not Friday with the weekend to aim at. And there’s not the energy from the start of the week. That means something gentle to listen to. A lovely synth bound ambient chill track from IX. The tune is Disciples of the Actual. That’s all a bit mystical or neo-religious. But what we have it a gently chiming track that owes a bit to JMJ and a lot to Vangelis. But it has been filtered through the IDM strainer to leave somehting that’s just a touch awkward and not quite the relaxation piece you might otherwise imagine. A track that delicately keeps you on your toes.
