Let’s have a couple of techno tracks as it’s a Friday from Decoq and Garibe.

Decoq is an Italian producer and this is his first time here. Atlantique is a mix of some classic Detroit techno synth sounds and stabs but with a drum pattern that sets this appart. Ther’s an almost breakbeat feel to this that gives it a fresh feel. There’s a real hip swining, rump shaking thing going on here. Perpare to be washed away (sorry).

Next, French artist Garibe returns with Pulsion 303. The title is a bit of a clue. This is a brilliant acid techno track. The 303s writhe around and have that squiggle you know so well. But Garibe makes it sound fresh. The beats are a upbeat 127bpm which makes the whle thing percussive and propulsive. A five minute dance floor acid strobe classic.
