Focusing on simple pleasures with: INTI – Hygge #DeepHouse #House #Electronic

It’s been one of those days to be followed by a veeery early start tomorrow. I want something comforting. Here’s INTI with the deep house soothing of Hygge.

INTI is from Argentina but I know no more than that. And why he’s chosen Hygge (the Danish concept) as his track title I don’t know either.

What I do know is that Hygge (the track) is a lovely piece of warming Deep House. He says “Hygge es un deephouse con tintes modernos, que te proporciona un momento de conección con el ritmo” (Hygge is a deep house track with modern overtones, which provides you with a moment of connection with the rhythm).

I say this has a lovely analogue feel to the way that the organ provides the centre and hook of the track. It reminded me a bit of Spooky’s 1995 track Stereo (see below) though at a much less intense level. That’s supplemented with a guitar-like sound. All the while softdeep house beats keep the track moving forward.

There’s just something ever so warm about the analogue feel and the low key beats thump and strum with the organ offering moments of epiphany. Find a slanket, find a chair, find a cup of cocoa and snuggle down. You deserve it.
